Rosemarie Doshier Inducted into NC REALTORS® Hall of Fame!

Residents of the Outer Banks have a new reason to celebrate as Rosemarie Doshier, a long-time local and dedicated REALTOR®, has just been recognized with one of the highest honors in her profession. Rosemarie is now officially a member of the NC REALTORS® Hall of Fame! This prestigious accolade is awarded to individuals who have made remarkable contributions to the real estate profession, both locally and across the nation. Out of a whopping 57,000 members from 43 associations, only two REALTORS® received this honor, making Rosemarie’s achievement even more special!

A Journey through Real Estate

First stepping into the real estate world back in 1987, Rosemarie has spent over three decades perfecting her craft and solidifying her reputation as a leader in the Outer Banks community. Her dedication is unmatched, and her commitment to high standards of ethics and professionalism has made her a trusted figure for many clients.

Locally, Rosemarie’s impact can be seen through her leadership roles at the Outer Banks Association of REALTORS® (OBAR), where she has served as President not just once, but twice! In addition to this, she was awarded OBAR’s Career Achievement Award in 2014, and has been named REALTOR® of the Year on two separate occasions—once in 1995 and again in 2023. That’s an impressive track record!

Leading the Way

Alongside her daughter, Stephanie Doshier, Rosemarie operates The Doshier Team OBX. Together, they’ve built a reputable business with over 35 years of experience helping clients navigate the real estate market in the Outer Banks. Rosemarie’s commitment doesn’t stop there; she’s also served as the NC REALTORS® Region 1 Vice President and has held various leadership positions within organizations like the Women’s Council of REALTORS® and the Residential Real Estate Council.
