The Outer Banks Welcomes Our Friendly Pet of the Week: Cooper!

Meet Cooper

With his big brown eyes and sweet, floppy ears, you might just fall head over heels when you see him! This cutie is ready to become a loyal companion. Cooper is around three years old and is described as playful, friendly, and oh so loving! He’s the perfect mix of fun and snuggles, and he’s always ready for a good belly rub. His spunky attitude will surely keep you entertained!

Adoption Information

Thinking about welcoming this furry friend into your life? It’s easy as pie! To adopt Cooper or any of the fantastic animals at the shelter, you can visit the Outer Banks SPCA from Monday to Friday, 11 a.m. to 5 p.m..
