Noosa Scoops OBX Commemorates Grand Opening in Kill Devil Hills

A New Culinary Delight in the Outer Banks

Kill Devil Hills recently welcomed a new gem to its vibrant local scene as Noosa Scoops OBX celebrated its grand opening with a ribbon-cutting ceremony on August 8, 2024. Situated adjacent to the popular Noosa Beach Grille, the establishment promises to be a delightful spot for both residents and visitors alike.

Taste the Joy

Noosa Scoops OBX features a tantalizing menu that includes a variety of acai bowls, enticing coffee drinks, and a whopping 24 ice cream flavors. The atmosphere of the shop is designed to be bright and inviting, complete with a charming backyard area, equipped with picnic tables and twinkle lights, perfect for enjoying those sweet treats.

A Warm Welcome from the Community

The ceremony, which was facilitated by the Outer Banks Chamber of Commerce, included a heartfelt introduction by Nick Graham, the Chamber Chair-Elect. He introduced the ownership group—Daniel and Alyssa Saunders, Rob and Suzie Stanovsek, Shelby Stanovsek, and Hunter Breeden—who expressed their excitement for this new venture and their gratitude for the supportive community.

Overcoming Weather Challenges

As the ribbon was cut, guests experienced a true Outer Banks moment when a sudden **torrential downpour** enveloped the area, adding a sprinkle of charm to the celebration. Nonetheless, spirits remained high as everyone celebrated the opening of the delightful ice cream shop.

Join the Celebration

The Outer Banks Chamber of Commerce extends its warmest congratulations and wishes for great success to Noosa Scoops OBX. The chamber encourages everyone to visit this new hotspot to experience the delightful offerings firsthand. To learn more about Noosa Scoops OBX and their menu, check out noosascoops.com.
