In the early morning hours of a seemingly ordinary day in Kill Devil Hills, North Carolina, tragedy struck as a 20-year-old Williamsburg woman lost her life in a tragic road accident.

The young woman, now identified as Ashley Elizabeth Williams, was found critically injured after being hit by an incoming Jeep around 1:08 AM.
