Harrell discussed this dynamic, noting, “Obviously JMU built that relationship and snuck in there during the coaching change, they had an in to flip him the first time, and we were able to have the in of that relationship in the end to flip him back.”

Williams is currently having an impressive season with the Havelock Rams. The 3-star recruit has accumulated significant stats this year, scoring 14 receiving touchdowns and 11 rushing touchdowns.
